Pam was so lovely and a pleasure to meet. She was patient, knowledgeable and also attentive to my young daughter who was with me.

My sales advisor Andrea was very knowledgable and helpful in assisting me choose a new mattress. The store was very clean and all covid safe measures were adhered to.

The lady who assisted me, Pam, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I completed the automated mattress detector thing which was interesting. Pam walked me through the whole process and was very understanding of my budget and timeframe needs. When the mattress I wanted couldn't be delivered for a few weeks she found me a similar one that was in store and I took it home with me that day. Excellent customer service from Pam!

Pam took the time to go through every mattress suggested by the Sleepmatch machine and let us try them all (several times!!) and wasn't pushy at all and was more concerned that we made the right choice. Many thanks :)

The woman who served us, I believe her name was Agnes, was absolutely wonderful. Very kind and helpful, gave us enough space to discuss the purchase between us but was always present when we needed help and advice.

Lovely welcome when entering the store offered a drink aswell nothing was a bother and explained the items very well covid distances always in place maintaining a 2 meter distance

The sales people listened to what we wanted and were able to find the bed product for us. They took a lot of time to help us. Very good.
