Even though the bed frame I wanted to buy wasn't available in the store, Tracey, the shop assistant, showed me similar products, explain me the quality of the products and went through all the details with me.

Pam, who served me in store today was very knowledgable. I had taken in the label off my current bed and she knew right away which types would be suitable. She showed me a selection and then left me to test them out. I didn’t feel pressured at all which was a pleasant surprise and she came back every now and then to check and discuss what my thoughts were. She seemed to know that because I have back issues I may need a slightly softer bed which worked out to be the case. I am pleased to have made the decision quickly but also feel I made the right choice.

Extremely satisfied with the knowledge about the products and the friendliness of the member of staff. Hope we feel the same when the bed arrives, although we still have the ‘40 night comfort guarantee’ as a ‘backstop’.

My husband and I went in looking for a complete new bed but were unsure of the type of mattress we needed. Pam was so much help, she showed us all the options of mattresses, and didn't push for an answer, we were left to make the decision by ourselves, which was really nice. We were both offered a cup of tea or coffee, and later on a glass of water. She had wonderful advice about the beds and was extremely knowledgeable about all the products.

What a wonderful sales advisor we were lucky to have on our visit, Pam was fantastic from start to finish & made us the best cup of tea! Her sales approach was spot on.

We didnt know what we were looking for, but the assistant gave us all the details we needed to know, then left us to have a look around, came back with coffee & was there to advise, but not at all pushy, no pressure, just very helpful

We found purchacing item stress free the shop assistant Michael at Newport Road cardiff store was polite and made buying our item easy .showed us other products that would suit my mother's needs more it was a little more than we thought as we wanted the other product shown and decided on the other option but the price for the quality we are extremely happy with. My parents are looking forward to having their item delivered. Would highly recommend dreams and the shop assistant again was very helpful and knew what products would suit curtain needs
