Received great customer service on out visit, used the machine to test the best mattress. Tested the different mattresses and given a chance to discuss without being pressured into making a purchase!! Tracey was extremely helpful! Only slight issue (which is minimal) was the time taken to process the payment but we got there.

I found that the service in the store was brilliant. Pam the member of staff made us feel very comfortable. never forced us to buy anything. she made sure that what we bought suited both me and my husband. we had our newborn baby with us aswell and she supported us in making sure we could take are time in store even with our baby with us. very very good customer service. I would definitely recommend this branch and Pam.

We were served by Pamela Joyce, who served my parents 18 months ago and was the reason they recommended we go to Dreams. She was extremely knowledgeable of all the products but also was able to quickly recognise what it was we required. This was the first time we had purchased a bed as we are moving into our first home together. Pam was able to advise on storage options, mattresses, the different insurance cover and even the best pillows. She even made us a cup of tea. It was a real pleasure and added to our excitement about moving into our first home together.

The lovely lady who was working and helped us out, Pam from Newport Road Cardiff store, was exceptionally good. She offered us a coffee, she offered help, but haven't been pestering us with offering help. She answer all the questions, left us alone so we can discuss things, but she was keep checking on us if we need further assistance or have more questions. She didn't make us feel that we should rush, even if it was store closing time. She was very helpful, when finding the right deal, and process everything efficiently. She was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional. An example how good service should look like. She should definitely be acknowledge for her skills, and rewarded, as it is very rare to find perfect service.

When testing different mattresses for my original order, I tested a 'soft' comfort mattress, not knowing that the other side of it was a 'medium'. The assistant mistakenly ordered a 'medium' comfort and it was necessary to exchange the mattress. The staff were extremely helpful in determining that I found the correct mattress and looked after my needs because of my disability.
