Although there was only two staff in the store I was lucky enough to be seen to and served immediately. I was put at ease and given a cup of tea. Mike the staff there made me feel comfortable with the purchase and selection of my order. I was made aware what they had in stock and what was available at my time of order and was given full attention in every matter of my purchase.

The salesperson Paul understood our requirements, had a very good product knowledge and was very efficient in all aspects which meant a smooth hassle-free transaction. We were also offered refreshments. In all a very pleasant shopping experience.

I had telephoned the store prior to my visit, the assistant Dee was extremely helpful and said if I came in store she would be happy to explain all about an adjustable bed oprions. I wen to the store and met Dee and the assistant manager both were very helpful, they showed me the product two in fact and they explained the difference. I was given the opportunity to try both mattresses. I then proceeded to make the purchase of 2 mattresses. On more than one occasion I was offered tea or coffee. I was extremely pleased with my purchase and left pleased that the order was in process. Many thanks to the staff, especially Dee.

Customer service was friendly, helpful and I wasn't rushed to make up my mind. Also willing to accommodate my specific delivery requests.
