Dreams - Cardiff Newport Road

This was the second time we had visited the store, both times we spoke to Pam. She was very welcoming when we walked into the store and gave us time to look around the store ourselves before asking if we would like any assistance. Pam was absolutely brilliant on both occasions, ensuring she asked about our preferences and helping to give us an idea of the types of mattresses would be best for us. Pam was again very helping throughout the purchasing process and giving us useful advice around delivery (as we are due to move house in the coming weeks, but do not yet have a completion date). I said to my wife as we left the store that Pam was hands down the best sales advisor I had ever dealt with. I would certainly shop in this store again, purely due to Pam's brilliant customer service throughout our Dreams experience.

Great service - I was served by Pam who was very friendly and helpful, she even offered me a cup of tea! Very pleased with the mattress I purchased for my son (who is very fussy!). Good value for money and my son finds the mattress very comfortable - result!

Very helpful and understanding of what I was looking for

From first entering the store, the sales staff greeted us, asked if we need any help feel free to ask, take your time to browse try out products. When i did have questions, i was answered quickly, show different products to compare with differences, styles, sleep styles clearly explained.

Mike the salesman was very helpful, they had the product we were looking for at a reasonable cost and the delivery time is within 2 weeks, all good!

Polite and professional service. Colleague Pam invited me to use the system to help identify best match mattress. Pam took me to test several options, providing information at on each. She explained about the delivery, and asked if I needed any other products. I ordered within an hour of being in store.

We visited the Cardiff store on Newport Road and immediately helped through the whole process with Michael. The new technology showing what mattress suited our needs was very impressive. Michael was very professional and patient.
