Dee was brilliant and managed to find a bed we were looking for and so happy with, we spent more than we intended but are more than happy now after seeing the bed

The staff were extremely helpful and understanding of what I wanted. The bed I wanted was on sale and could be delivered when I needed it by. All round great experience and would definitely come back to shop at Dreams.

While my partner and myself had only come in to browse! we got sold on the idea of a tempur mattress and a very nice otter-man frame! the lovely lady called Dee served us from start to finish, offering drinks while we undertook this huge task! being the first bed we have ever had to buy, we went big before going home! Dee was lovely and made sure the entire thing was as painless as possible, taking me and kath in her stride, while i tested how well polished the floor was! the weird scanning bed done its job and we are now awaiting our delivery!

The sales assistant Mike was fantastic, he was polite and knowledgeable. He helped me with the 3D bed scan to identify my mattress requirements and talked through the options. He even managed to get my 65 year old parents to try the bed scan. A really good sales experience.

Friendly, knowledgeable service. Only thing I would say is that the lady seemed to be on her own in a shop with three customers. Her attitude was amazing but I do not think it is fair that she should be put in this position
