Excellent a efficient service with lots of details available

Very pleasant welcome, she was friendly and very informational. Offered us drinks and even helped by presenting my 3 year old with a balloon to keep him occupied. Stress free and got what we wanted in less than 30minutes highly recommended and most definitely vist the store in the near future thank you.

The store on Newport Road Cardiff was clean, tidy and smart. The wonderful sale person - Pamela was friendly without being at all pushy. She allowed me time to explain things and listened to me. She advised me on the best bed/mattresses etc without automatically going for the highest prices. All in all she was super efficient and knowledgable.

My partner and I have recently bought out first flat and needed a new mattress. We intended to buy just a standard Ikea 'general' mattress. A friend reccommended Dreams on Newport Road Cardiff and said it was an amazing experience to actually get a mattress that suits your needs. We went into store with, if I'm honest, no intention of buying a Dreams mattress as the price was way above our budget. But after taking the 'body composition' test, talking through our needs with Dee, and experiencing the different mattresses - along with the 0%apr we were sold and so so impressed with the service offered by Dreams.

From the moment we arrived we felt as though our business mattered, we were given as much time as we needed with the consultant Paul, and never once felt pushed or pressured! The first consultant we spoke with didn't habe enough product knowledge to help us, so instead of guessing, wasting time or forcing a sale, she simply Asked us a few simple questions, got us a cuppa, took our 2 yr old to get a balloon to help occupy her and got someone who did have the level of product knowledge we needed. We were torn between the bed we e dad up buying with Dreams and one in another retailer, ultimately, it was the staff who brought us back to Dreams!!

The assistant - mike, was very knowledgeable, no pressure and happy to help, he talked us through the process from start to finish, he was fantastic
