A little annoying that a Saturday delivery slot showed as "green", but after competing finance was 'grey' and no longer available. Mike was excellent though, very friendly, knowledgeable, and felt he really cared and understood our needs Have been looking for a bed to suit my partner and I's very different tastes for a long time, and Mike was successful in satisfying us both.

I went for a mattress and came away within an hour with a mattress due to be delivered next month

I was thoroughly impressed with the helpfulness of all members of staff, they helped me work out if the bed would fit into my new build house by reviewing the drawing i provided to them. I was especially impressed with Pam, she was very friendly, she helped me use the dreams machine to find the best suited mattress, she offered me a cup of tea (always goes down well with me) and went above and beyond to help find me the perfect bed for my needs, she went as far as staying behind a whole hour to complete to purchase as I couldn't make my mind up, I can not thank her enough.

We popped into the Cardiff Newport Rd store on Monday as we were picking up items next door so stopped by to try out the mattress matching tool and from the moment we entered Pam was super helpful and informative. She took time to understand our individual needs and asked why we were looking now (linked to some back problems) and then showed us through the process and the mattresses available. She explained the differences between the choices from materials, build up, optimal conditions and life expectancy. She didn't pressure us and told us to pop back in at the weekend after we'd thought about our options. We came back in and dealt with both Pam and store manager, Paul who provided some excellent analogies to help us make our decision. We were extremely happy with the time taken and having their full attention (without being over attentive) and expertise during our visit. We were very happy with the deal we got considering we weren't 100% sure we needed to get a new bed and mattress + accessories but the sales staff helped sway us without being pushy and we are very happy to write a very good/highly recommended review hours later.
