Dreams - Cardiff Newport Road

I was approached after I had been in the store for about a minute and asked if I needed assistance in a warm and friendly manner. I was then asked if I wanted to use the electronic bed to assess the best mattress before being allowed to try some beds. Pam, who was helping me was professional but also friendly and even laughed at my jokes. Overall a very enjoyable experience

Pam the lady that assisted me was really helpful. We discussed what my needs were and then she suggested that I used the scanner to find out which mattresses best suited my body frame. We then started using the list this provided to try out the right selections. Pam was very patient giving me plenty of time and also helped me in trying out various pillows. Also made me a lovely cup of tea!

Mike was very kind and helpful. He did not encourage us to spend more money than our budget allowed. I will go to Dreams in Newport Road, Cardiff again.

The whole experience of purchasing our new mattress was fantastic and a huge credit to Mike who was very knowledgeable on every product.

Pam was very helpful, we had an idea of what we wanted from looking at bed frames online, and she showed us similar products and another bed on a flash deal. She also showed us the different mattresses and was very friendly.

James new his product and was vey honest.

It was mainly down to the lady who served us - Dee - she introduced us to the sleep match, brought us tea/coffee. Made sure she knew what our budget was and offered us options appropriate. Did not try to push to make a decision and gave us plenty time to decide.
