There was an excellent range of products for us to view and try, we were allowed to browse without being pestered by the staff, the staff were readily available to assist us when we were ready and gave us knowledgeable and informative answers to our questions, many thanks to the staff and manager at the Cardiff Newport road store for their time, patience and assistance.

The member of staff made the experience highly satisfying. She was friendly, knowledgable, and apologetic about making me wait while she was with another customer.

I thought the service was slick and professional whist also being personable. I haven't got the mattress yet but good service often denotes a good product. Just looking for positive ideas to feedback; you might have put the value of the saving in the sale on the receipt provided, otherwise I'll forget that benefit. Pamela was very good and gave me confidence that the mattress will be good for me, plus I enjoyed the experience of being treated professionally.
