Dreams - Cardiff Newport Road

We loved the fact that you could check yourself on the sleep machine to gain a better understanding of what sort of mattress would beat suit our needs. We really appreciated the friendliness and knowledge of all the staff in the store too. Since this was our first purchase of a mattress we found it really valuable to have the knowledge of what different products were available and how they are different.

This store just did everything right and gave an amazing service with fantastic product knowledge. We received a nice greeting upon entering, had a cup of tea and were offered more tea or water later on. The store holds a lot of stock to enable us to see everything we needed to. We were also offered and took part in the Sleepmatch diagnostic which was suggested by your employee and this was most helpful, especially as we were convinced a medium mattress was right for us but the match recommended a firm mattress which we did indeed end up purchasing.

Staff were all very courteous and friendly. We were left alone to look around when we wanted and given prompt assistance when required. Our member of staff had impressive knowledge of all the beds and mattresses. We were not rushed or pressured to make a choice and could try out all the mattresses that we wanted. When we were ready to place our order, he made sure we bought exactly the correct bed and mattress and at the best price. We were offered and made coffee. In addition, as a disabled person I felt I was shown great kindness and compassion. We both agree that it was all a very pleasant experience. Impressed in every way.

Paul in the Newport rd branch Cardiff was amazing, I went in didn’t have clue how to measure my room for wardrobes. Being a single person and just getting over Cancer I needed a change. I gave him the width and length of the room and he went from there, took all the pressure off me completely. Dee also the other Sales assistant there such a lovely and helpful Lady too. I’m so happy with my experience there il be a regular now. Looking forward to my new bedroom well deserved.

We were greeted by a lovely lady named Pam upon entering the store. We were offered tea/coffee. I was asked what I was looking for, what type of price I was willing to spend. I was shown many different options of mattresses to find which best suit me, and each one explained to me easily.

The gentleman that helped me was very kind and provided great customer service.

Pamela was knowledgeable and friendly. She listened to what I wanted and was able to find a product that was right for me and was in my price range.

The person serving us was one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was not pushy but made our visit quick and easy. Very good shopping experience!
