James was lovely! I went in just for a bed and I came out with a friend. He really took his time with me, and didn't push me into buying something I could not afford. His knowledge was super and made it an easy enjoyable experience. I'll be in for a visit one day, and I would highly recommend James as a sales person to others. Thank you James!

Great customer service, attention to what we wanted and price range. Pam was great, extremely helpful with us buying our first bed for our first house.

The store was well laid out and the bed match equipment was very good. We haven't received the bed yet but from what we have seen in the store we are expecting an excellent product. The highlight was Pamela who was very helpful without being pushy. She understood our needs and offered us all our options clearly. The ordering process was efficient and easy. The 'dreams Colleague', Mike, asked us if we needed help, but was not at all pushy. He asked us what we were looking for and patiently explained the different types of mattresses available. We were also happy with the amount of choice within the store, the speed of delivery and that delivery is free of charge.

Approched me when went in .explain few thinks .then left me to decide . .and offered me a drink when I went in .all so went on that machine see what type mattress. I needed .
