Michael was a very friendly person and went out of his way to show me everything that he thought was of interest to me I am 89yrs of age slightly deaf and he was very patient with me during the whole time I was in the store Very highly recommended

Dee was very professional. She offered myself and my family tea and coffee. She directed us to the beds which best suited our needs after we used the bed which printed out details of our requirements. She even let my daughter have a go. Although there were a few customers in store and only a couple of assistants, Dee came back to us a few times to see if we were ok. Very good customer service.

This is the third bed and mattress I have purchased. I like the ease of shopping the store, the knowledgeable staff and the quality of the products. The interest free financing is also incredibly useful for larger purchases.

The service we received in store and during delivery was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish as the staff paid attention to detail and were very attentive. Everything was explained clearly throughout the transaction so we knew what to do if we had any issues. The delivery guys even offered me to call them if I had any trouble putting the bed together.
