I was very nervous about purchasing a new mattress after having extensive spinal surgery but she was very patient. We bought a mattress and pillows on this visit and I bought an ottoman base last month.

We had brilliant customer service, making sure we were ok as the weather was very warm! Asking if we wanted water or anything. Had brilliant knowledge on the products we were interested in. Did not push us in to buying other items, suggested things, but wasn’t forceful which kept us at ease.
