When I entered the store (Dreams Newport Road), One of the colleagues Mike instantly approached me to help. Firstly he asked if I would like to use their machine to help find the correct mattress for me and talked me through the process of how it worked. Once I had used the machine Mike was very helpful and knowledgable about the mattresses and recommended a wide range of mattresses that would suit my needs. The experience was very quick and easy and Mike was very polite and easy to co-operate with. Overall a very good experience

Pam, who served us rated highly with both my daughter, for whom the bed is being sepulchered, and me for her friendly and thorough assessment and the multiple options she showed us. We did not feel pressurised into either a sale or a particular product, although I did make it clear when she inquired over a price ceiling , that this was not a major consideration. The single most important feature that determined me to buy from Dreams, was that on my first visit (when my daughter was not with me as she is in university) Pam refused to try to sell me a bed for her, until she came herself, which I felt was highly professional.

This was our second purchase from Dreams in Newport Road, Cardiff. We had already bought a King size bed there at the end of 2018 and we were particularly well looked after by Paul the store manager on that occasion. We returned this time to purchase a Double size bed by the same manufacturer because we were so pleased with the first bed. We had both previously suffered with aches and pains that must have been down to a previous but much older bed, these ailments no longer exist. We hoped that we would find Paul on duty at the store again on this current visit because we were so impressed with his level of knowledge, honesty and total lack of sales pressure that we would only deal with him this time as well. We had no experience of anyone else in this store so this is not meant to be a reflection on their service. We were treated in exactly the same way as previously by Paul, we made the purchase and we were very happy with the delivery arrangements as before. Please thank him very much indeed on our behalves.

Just a quick efficient service due to knowledge base of assistant. My parents were out at ease and can not wait now for the new bed to arrive.

The assistant Dee made the process so much easier by having thorough knowledge of the products, being able to answer all my questions and actually having an interest in my needs as an individual rather than seeing all customers as the same, all the while being friendly and approachable. The scientific bed that informs you of the mattresses that would best suit your body and sleeping position also seems impressive to at least point you in the right direction at the outset.

I only went into the store to look for a mattress but was approached by a lovely lady who told us about the different types of mattresses which was very helpful. Then we were told of the 3 minute test to see which mattress is best for yourselves. The lady pointed out the ones which we tried & we ended up purchased a double mattress! We took the offer aswell, of them disposing our old one which I found helpful as we would have struggled with that. All in all our experience there was great. The lady's name was Deirdre. Pam was fantastic, she recognised our needs and was able to show us a range of products that would suit us. She assisted us with the technology to find our perfect mattress and was extremely personable throughout our visit and full of useful information. I’m confident we have ordered exactly what we need and I would recommend Pam’s service to anyone!
