Dreams - Cardiff Newport Road

We were served quickly and efficiently. Our needs were identified promptly and we were presented with a number of appropriate options. We were given plenty of time to try out the mattresses at our own pace while the shop assistant remained nearby but unintrusive. The mattresses were all very comfortable and we were given enough time and space to choose the one that suited out needs.

We were assisted by Rhys at the Newport Road, Cardiff branch (store 301) and he was FANTASTIC. We likely would not have made a purchase this day if it was not for his assistance.

Told the assistant what we required and price range We tested the items that matched our requirements and purchased the item that was most cost effective to us along with two pillows which we were asked to try. We were very impressed with these pillows even though they are quite expensive but well worth the price. The knowledge the assistant had of the products helped us to choose the correct mattress for us.

Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. I was offered a drink of water several times. The Sleep Expert Andrea was very personable and knowledgeable and seemed to understand what I was looking for. That, coupled with the high tech pre-assessment made the experience very pleasant . I am looking forward to taking delivery of my new mattress and am confident it will be all I hope it to be

I managed to select a bed, headboard and mattress and purchase it within 15 minutes. Good effort!

We were very pleased with how quick everything was done. I sometimes take a long time to make a decision so the assistant Mark was very helpful and patient. Just waiting for it to be delivered on the 10th January. Proof of how good our bed will be when we both actually sleep in it, so will comment later.

There was an excellent range of products for us to view and try, we were allowed to browse without being pestered by the staff, the staff were readily available to assist us when we were ready and gave us knowledgeable and informative answers to our questions, many thanks to the staff and manager at the Cardiff Newport road store for their time, patience and assistance.
