Friendly member of staff but also not over attentive. she gave me time alone trying out various beds.

We were looked after very well , Dee was very professional and friendly , also very knowledgeable x

I was served by a friendly lady called Dee who was helpful and gave advice.

We were greeted with a friendly smile by Michael who asked us if he could help. We explained what we were after and why. He showed us a whole range of mattress' that suited us after we used the machine that registered the way in which we sleep. He gave us pillows that matched what we slept on and allowed us plenty of time to try all mattress' at our pace and even brought us coffee in bed! A real treat while we decided on which mattress we wanted.

Friendly efficient but not over bearing service from Michael. We were offered beverages. Mattress covers etc etc. Very approachable man

Sales person wasn't pushy. Was knowledgeable and satisfied our needs. Seemed interested in what we were looking for and was very helpful with suggestions.

See looked after us brilliantly and was very accommodating. We went it not knowing what type of mattress we wanted and she sorted us out straight away. We used to technology to test which mattress would suit us both which was excellent. All round very impressed
