Your employee Pam was extremely helpful and very friendly, she was very informative of the types of mattress available within my price range. She gave myself plenty of time to try out different mattresses.

Me and my partner had help off Dee and the store manager Paul the two days that we went into the store in Cardiff on Newport road. Dee helped us the first day we went in there which was Wednesday 4th September 2019 and give us so much help as it was the first time we purchased a bed and mattress. Her help was amazing and she give us a print out of our quote so we could have a think. We then returned to the store Saturday 7th September 2019 where Paul the store manager completed our purchase and again the help was amazing and couldn’t be happier. we will definitely return and recommend to family

Came into the store to browse for a bed after seeing them online and wanting to check the quality in person. Very pleased to find the quality on all were great. The original bed we wanted was out of stock but Mike in store helped select another frame and actually happier with that frame than my original choice. We then used the mattress assessment tool you have in store after seeing the tempur cooling mattress and not being able to resist it! Very excited for this bed delivery and only 1 week to wait!! Very pleased with this experience!
