I dealt with Pam in the Newport Road shop in Cardiff and from the moment i walked into the store I was made to feel welcome and given 1st class service

We were greeted by Pamela who was very helpful and friendly, had great product knowledge and gave us lots of information on various products which enables us to make the right choices

We were approached by Pam who was extremely professional and knowleagble. This was our first time buying a mattress and we had no idea where to start, Pam adapted to suit our needs and explained everything thoroughly. We used the body sensor technology and she recommended mattresses based on our results. Pam advised that we try certain ones and left us to it, checking in on us at points. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed to make a decision, and her patience was really appreciated.

My partner and I were a bit clueless about what we wanted but Paul gave us a good chance to figure that out for ourselves before coming to offer us help. This was perfect as it gave us an opportunity to have a look around ourselves before we sought help which was great. Paul was incredibly friendly and helpful, talking us through our options and giving us well informed details in line with our needs. We came out with all the things we needed and more and he made it really easy for us. We also learned what kind of mattress we suit as a couple which was fantastic and a big surprise for us.
