On entering a store I was engaged by a member of staff immediately and guided to the product I wanted she answered all my questions and even made me a cup of tea she gave me all the time I needed to make up my mind and I did not feel pressured into making a purchase as I had just left another store for this very reason your staff were very polite and knowledgeable and I will be recommending them to friends and family
