I was given personal attention from the minute I walked into the store. I was buying multiple items and all options were clearly explained to me on all items. Staff's knowledge was extensive. There was a minor problem that a mattress cover was on the system as being in stock but wasn't on the shelf but they took my details and said they'd call when it was back in stock.

The salesman was extremely personable throughout. It was clear that he knew the products and was really helpful.

the products are of a high quality and the staff were very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions fully, and made sure i was completely happy with everything before completing my purchase

Dreams colleague Pam have us all the information we needed on the Sunday, she answered all the questions we did have and was happy to assist us with our visit to the store. We came back the next day then ready to place our order and yet again Pam put herself out there and made sure we were satisfied with everything. Pam also was very good with our 8 month old boy and kept him entertained while also dealing with our order. She was definitely a super woman! Would definitely recommend Cardiff’s Newport Road store to all family and friends.

Pam greeted us straight away. She identified by girlfriend was pregnant and offered her a drink and made her aware toilets were available without being prompted. She took the time to explain the difference with mattress types and guided us to the ones were the most suitable for us. She encouraged us to take our time testing them all and provided additional pillows for further support for my girlfriend. She was very friendly throughout and we enjoyed our whole shopping experience thanks to Pam.

Paul, the store manager, was extremely helpful and friendly! He could not do enough for us. He made the buying of a bed and mattress so easy! Gave us plenty of options and gave his own opinions on the best bed to buy to suit our needs. Paul was very personable and offered us a cup of tea, really nice, honest guy. Delaying the delivery was no problem at all as we don’t move house for a few weeks. All was explained very well (warranty, delivery process etc). Thanks Paul!

We were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable and we came away with exactly what we were after.

The advisor that served us was dealing with another customer and saw that we were waiting with an item ready to pay for it. They asked the customer if they could serve us quickly and then handled our purchase. A small thing, but a situation dealt with in an effective and efficient manner.

Staff were very knowledgeable and engaging. No sales pressure just establishing my needs and suggesting appropriate solutions. Also were very aware of my budget and didn't attempt to upsell beyond my budget, which I found very pleasing. However I did spend more than I planned but was very happy to do so
