Buying a bed, really is not an easy process, we have been debating and deliberating which style, make and model for months! With the help and assistance initially by Amanda at the Penarth Road branch and finally by Paul the store manager at the Newport Road branch we felt extremely satisfied by our final bed choice and the Flaxby brand, we even watched the Gregg Wallis TV programme inside the factory which was was also highly recommended by Paul! Now we just can't wait to sleep in our new bed!

Explained what type of mattress we wanted and what we didn’t want as had bad experience in Benson Beds when we bought a mattress from them 18 months ago. Mike explained the various types of mattress and we tried them. Didn’t pressurise us at all. When we made up our minds ordering was simple and delivery was within 5 days.

Good all round knowledge by staff in addition to a relaxed manner when discussing needs of the customer.

Upon walking into the store we were greeted in a friendly way, we were allowed to have a look around first and not pounced on! When mike came over he was friendly and asked us a few questions to see what we were in the market for and whether we knew specifically what we wanted. As we didn’t know exactly we were offered the machine which tells us which mattress would be best for us! With the breakdown in hand we were shown all on the list. We were then offered refreshments and allowed time to make a decision. We didn’t feel rushed in any way. After a decision was made we were taken to make our purchase which was dealt with very quickly! I jokingly asked whether they take student discount and mike said that he could give discount if I went to a student website to get a code which saved us over £100! Very satisfied with the service received and hoping to be highly satisfied with the bed we have bought.

I spoke to Dee on the phone who was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about your products. I was looking for a hard wood bed that wouldn't be destroyed by my cats and would be sturdy. Dee agreed that the bed I had seen online would be suited to my needs. The order went through quickly and I was happy that I could choose a delivery date that best suits me. Thanks Dee

The staff at the store I visited were more than helpful, the lady I dealt with Dee, couldn’t do enough to help and satisfy my needs. The manager, who’s name i sadly can’t recall was also more than happy to please Very satisfying experience, rare these days
