Mike helped us alot at the cardiff store. He helped us find our ideal mattress, made sure we measured the space at home before having a king size bed. I would normally just see an item in store and then order online but Mike was so friendly and helpful we went back in the following day so he could order our bed and mattress with us.

Pam was very friendly and informative during my visit. Guiding me through the bed which tells you which mattress you should aim to purchase and also the different types of frames. Pam was more than happy to grab me different pillows to try while testing the mattress which resulted in an overall very pleasurable experience. During the transaction she explained every figure in detail and guided me through the different insurance policies well.
