The sales associate - Dee - was incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough for me during my two visits to the store. She took plenty of time to ensure that I was making the right purchase for my needs. She was very knowledgeable and patient, and made sure we were welcomed to the store both visits.

2nd return visit over the years. I know you have a wide selection of styles in beds and the mattresses for them. The new sleep centre machine determined a firm mattress required which topped with Gel was perfect. The ability to try the others showed I didn't get on with the memory foam topped options.

I drove my brother Erik to buy his new bed (which he did) and was so impressed by the service that he received that I decided there and then to bring forward my own purchasing of new beds and accessories. I was particularly impressed by the logical layout -colour coded - of the various mattresses on offer and the very thorough knowledge of the products that both assistants at the store displayed - exemplary. I was able to make fully informed decisions very confidently and they responded to variations very ably.

I was greeted soon after arrival in a pleasant and acceptable manner, by a member of staff who allowed me time and space to look for the type and style of product which I required, with assistance when needed, but without any undue sales pressure. When I found the products I required, the transaction was completed efficiently and all conditions as to my rights and requirements were explained as far as I personally needed to know.
