I haven't had to buy a new bed for quite a long time so I had no idea what I wanted or needed.pam was the sales lady on the shop floor at the time. she asked if I knew what I was looking for and went on to explain about the products .she didn't rush me and was very attentive

Pam was lovely from start to finish. Very accommodating to my needs. Worked to my budget. Was very professional but also very friendly.

Mike was super welcoming to me and my younger brother upon our visit and offered us a cup of tea/coffee when he noticed we were testing out mattresses. He was friendly and attentive but not at the cost of being overbearing or pushy. He left us alone to talk about test things but regularly checked in to see how we were getting on. He also let us try the Dreams mattress assessment machine which was novel and helped drive my decision. He listened to what I needed from my new mattress and took my age/financial situation into account when helping me make a decision. What could have been an overwhelming visit/purchase was made very pleasant and easy going due to Mike's assistance. I'm still very grateful!

Both the staff in store were extremely helpful it only took us about 20mins to finalise all our beds and mattresses. They made it soo easy

I decided to start looking for a new mattress and had no idea how many there were to choose from. Paul at Dreams on Cardiff Road was fantastic! He spent about an hour and a half with me talking through all the different types and what he thought would be the best fit for me. He used a system of elimination and ended up with The perfect mattress. I am so happy with my decision and Paul made it enjoyable and easy to decide on. Fantastic customer service thank you so much for all your help :)
