Helpful staff even though the store was busy. All questions answered fully.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and able to give a balanced opinion. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed and felt that they took pride in their work.

Pam was super helpful. She want over bearing and came across as very genuine. She was chatty and j formative.

Dee was extremely friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. She is a credit to the company and we would shop here again because of her help and support.

The sales assistant, Pam, was incredibly helpful, she took time to find out what we wanted, made some suggestions and then gave us space and time to look around without making us feel crowded. She answered all of our questions and when we decided what we wanted she organised a really convenient delivery time. She was very friendly and made the whole process really easy.

The member of staff was extremely helpful and talked us through everything very clearly

I was greeted on arrival by Pam at your Newport Rd, Cardiff branch and she listened to my request, inviting me to try the Sleepmatch bed. That was very nice. I bought a lovely firm mattress and a side sleeping pillow and look forward to it being delivered this week.
