Andrea the lady that dealt wih myself whilst in store was very patient and understanding of my health conditions, she gave me time and space to test the products recommended for my needs, she explained any questions I had in great detail. She provided myself and my daughters with bottled water, made sure all areas I was in were cleaned beforehand and was very friendly and helpful as well as very knowledgeable on the products I was purchasing. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable during my visit, considering I'm highly vulnerable and do not go out except when absolutely necessary this was an enjoyable outing due to the care shown to me by Andrea.

Pam had a lovely way about her, she was very helpful without being pushy and made choosing a mattress painless. She was very efficient and knowledgeable making it an easy process.
