We found our dream bed which was exactly the style and colour we were looking for. We had lots of assistance but were also given lots of time to really try out everything we wanted, to chat through options, to make our minds up and weren't rushed at all. We got to try out the mattress technology which was really helpful as we had never bought a mattress before so found this very useful. We got a great deal with the guarantee and extra items we didn't expect such as the duvet and mattress cover. I really felt like we were given the information and time to make the right decision for us.

We only went in to have a look and ended up buying Therapur ActiGel Plus Response 3200 K Mattress.

I explained what I was looking for and the sales assistant Pam was extremely knowledgeable about the products on offer. She helped me pick the right bed and mattress and arrange swift delivery to my new property.

We were served by Pam, she greeted us on arrival, got an idea of why we were visiting, and offered us hot drinks while we used the Sleep Match. She was very helpful in making sure we spent within budget on a mattress right for us. She didn't make us feel pressured and allowed us time to discuss what we wanted to do between us. She matched both of our different needs to a mattress that would work for both of us.

The customer assistant was very helpful in recommending the right products and took time to listen.

Hospitable, knowledgable and friendly support from Michael. We visited Dreams twice and were made to feel very welcome, without being overly bothered. We were able to peruse and consider in peace, whilst receiving al of the support we needed when we asked for it. Really liked the personal analysis technology to help recommend the type and firmness of mattress. My mother has sleep issues and also has had a back injury so the mattress was going to be an important investment. The suggestions made by the software seemed very accurate, and as soon as she lay on the recommended beds she felt very comfortable, and proceeded with a. purchase. I've shopped in Dreams before and I've always found the service helpful and straightforward, thank you.

Both ladies in the shop were very helpful and polite. They were very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction which is what I needed. Great service and nice and clean looking shop in Newport Road Cardiff.
