Easy shopping no pressure to buy but very helpful when needed

Paul was very friendly and inmediately greeted us upon arrival. Dee helped us find the best mattress for our needs. Even though the conputer system was not working they managed to complete our order.

I was highly satisfied with the sale price and the help given to make sure that the size would fit as I've always wantwd a kingsize bed and the style. Mainly pleased that we wasn't harassed whilst looking as we would of walked out. Pet hate. Only seen bed online so hope it will be as lovely when it's delivered as not in store to see.

It was a very good customer experience because the staff were friendly but did not put any unreasonable pressure on buying a bed. They explained the difference between the beds and demonstrated how to use the ottoman beds.
