We were served by Andrea on our visit. We entered the store not knowing what we wanted apart from a new more comfortable bed. We had our children with us and they were looked after by Andrea and another member of staff when we were looking for our next bed. Andrea showed us the bed that helps see what type of mattress you might need and it was an excellent experience as I didn’t have to worry about my kids. It also gave us t8 choices in different price ranges. With our results we were guided through the mattresses. We were offered tea and coffee throughout our experience and we did not feel rushed or pushed at any time. Andrea is an asset to your company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or Dreams to my friends and family. We haven’t received our bed yet but I cannot wait. Andrea is very knowledgable and kind. She even allowed us to use the toilets as my kids needed to go! Overall I’m extremely impressed and happy with my experience . Thank you Andrea .

The sales assistant was knowledgable and I felt wanted to ensure that we purchased the mattress that was suitable for us. It was late on a Friday evening but I did not feel rushed and the sales assistant was happy for us to take our time. I feel I have bought a high quality mattress that will last me for many years so I feel it is an investment. The customer service from Pam was excellent I would use Dreams again.

We have bought from Dreams Newport Rd Cardiff before so we thought we would go back for another bed and mattress. Once again we were not disappointed. My husband and I roughly knew what we wanted, we were given time to look around by our self and then with the help of Dee (Sales Assistant) and her sound advice we purchased a super king mattress and ottoman bed. Delivery will be 22 January, which will give us time to decorate our bedroom in time for our new bed.
