Visited store and spoke to Mike. Explained what we were looking for and were shown and were well informed about the products. Given every assistance we needed and was very pleased with the advice and products purchased.

Being as I had already found the bed that I was looking for online, I decided to go into store to see if they had it and they did. Therefore it was a case of trying out the mattress and making a decision to buy it now or later.

Very friendly staff, showed me several beds ,explained every bed and its benefits,Paul your staff member put me on a bed to measure my sleep patterns. Paul was very helpful and knew what he was talking about.

We had looked at your product range online but it was important to see and feel the products. Your colleagues were welcoming and helpful but didn't make us feel pressured so we could make our decision in peace

I am very happy with my purchases at Dreams. I was looked after by a lady called Andrea and I felt like she cared about my requirements and she listened and I feel like I found my dream bed! For a lot of people, including me it was a huge purchase and one that we need to feel happy with & know it’s right.. my experience definitely was that & I am looking forward to its delivery now :)

I visited Dreams at Newport Road, Cardiff. This is my first ever time that I was going to buy a Mattress and a Bed Frame, I really needed some in store assistance even though I did some online research. Your colleague(Andrea) noticed us and stepped up automatically in a friendly manner and asked us what exactly we are looking for. Andrea was brilliant in understanding the customer needs and point you exactly in that direction with all the help you need. I was encouraged to try out the different Mattresses available and also probing questions of how I feel the mattress is and the explanation of the Mattress quality has given me good understanding and helped me purchase one on the day of the visit. The above is the reason for me being Highly Satisfied. The customer service was the same until I left the store. I appreciate the help/assistance provided and would encourage Andrea to do the same everyday and most people like me would be benefited from service like this.
