Dreams - Cardiff Newport Road

We were not sure which type of mattress we wanted and Mike went through all our options and used the test bed to help us decide what we should have. Mike was very patient and showed us some options. He even gave us coffee which made for a pleasant experience. We both decided on the mattress which was particularly comfortable.

We prefer to be left alone whilst browsing and although the assistant came to us upon entering the lady was neither pushy or pressurising. She quickly explained a few details and then left us to have a good look around, which was greatly appreciated. Upon choosing the mattress Pam explained the policy of Dreams re; guarantees etc. As OAPs Pam's sales pitch really suited us, helpful but not pushy.

Dee was really helpful, we had our 4-year-old with us and she offered him colouring. She made us a cup of tea and took her time to help us find the perfect mattress for ourselves, and also recommending one for the children.

Nice spacious store, easy to navigate with very approachable and friendly staff! Easy to find what you are looking for and staff readily available to answer any questions.

Mike at the Cardiff store was excellent, friendly, helpful and lovely to my children. Offered a hot drink and very pleasant to deal with

Staff were very helpful and helped us exactly understand the mattress right for us. She was very aware of the product and answered all the questions we asked.

The salesperson Dee was well mannered, polite and well informed, helpful and attentive.

The advisor was just so friendly and helpful and all questions we had were answered and fully explained, matters tester was cool too, the advisor made me purchase this definitely, I wanted a bed but after she went into details I purchased the top the range to what I was originally going to spend as I was assured quality will last longer
