My mother's requirements are quite specific due to her disability and we were met with kindness, understanding and compassion. My mother felt her needs were seen to and supported fully.

We had a very pleasant experience at the Cardiff store. Pam really looked after us and really understood our needs as we attended the store with our 4 day old baby, we were very tired and felt very welcome the process was made easy for us.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff made our visit

Andrea was very personable and friendly. I wasn't planning to make a purchase on that day, I was just browsing options, but I was so satisfied with the service I decided I'd rather make the purchase with Andrea than go away and order online. She was helpful and persuasive without being too pushy or overbearing.

The salesperson made the whole experience as easy as possible for us. Very knowledgable and gave us the time to browse properly before aiding us with our purchase.

Staff were friendly and didn’t ‘hover’. We were able to find our mattress and bed frame in no time at all

Pam was very helpful, every question i asked, Pam answered, i was more than happy with the way Pam helped me, and in getting the correct bed for my needs. Not at all in your face, and let me get on with my choice. very good sales person, thank you, mike.

First class service by very helpful people

Fantastic customer service from Pam in Cardiff store. Both times visiting the store she was friendly, very helpful and patient (I had an active 1 year old with me) She was very attentive and explained thoroughly the products and actually took time to listen to what I wanted. Very impressed with the digital sleep system too and cleanliness of the store It’s actually nice to receive a personal friendly customer service these days which i find the major stores are lacking.

The sale should assistant was extremely helpful and gave us time to look around and only offered assistance when we asked for it , neither of us like a pushy sales person so Dee got 10/10 for that
