Pam was very helpful in the three times we visited, remembering us and our preferences. She was very friendly and made shopping easy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were offered a hot drink and Paul sat with us and listened to what I needed and as I am expecting my first, he was very helpful!

I went knowing what product I wanted to buy but when I got to the store I was welcomed straight away and guided to a machine which helped find the right mattress. I didn’t feel at all rushed or pushed into a sale, the information given to me was very useful. We were offered a coffee and at the time didn’t place the order straight away as needed to get the sizes correct, everything was saved and when we returned on the Monday the person who carried on the purchase was brilliant and very friendly. I have already recommended Dreams to a friend who I think has been in to order a bed.

Mike was very knowledgable and listened to our needs, no pressure to buy and very informative about all the products. He was very helpful every step of the way.

I placed my order over the phone and was extremely impressed with the lady on the phone. (Dee Scallan) She was very helpful, professional and effecient. Received my bed today so haven't slept on it yet but the communication for the delivery was perfect and they arrived on time, friendly, professional and tidy. Thank you so much for the wonderful service

It was our first time purchasing a new bed and mattress. The staff (Milke and Paul) were knowledgeable and did not 0ut any pressure on us to commit. Overall a great experience.

Pam greeted me after I’d had a little wander around the shop so I didn’t feel hassled at all. She was very smiley & friendly and chatted with my little girl too. I told her my budget, the type of mattress I wanted and what I don’t like - she immediately showed me great options & gave me time to try them. She also showed me andmy daughter the ‘fancy machine’ which we both tried out! I decided on the mattress, paid n arranged delivery for 5 days later - excellent service (as my 9 yo remarked as we left!!)

We were given all the help, time and space we needed. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable and we had a laugh!
