On entering the store we were seen quickly by the sales assistant, Pam. She was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the products. She was able to show us several mattresses and when we had made a decision she processed the order efficiently and clearly

My partner and I were served by Pamela in the Cardiff store. She was very helpful and patient as we tried out lots of different mattresses. She was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy We had previously visited the Bridgend Store which is local to us but the man who spoke to us was very rude, to the point where we had considered not buying from Dreams at all, but Pamela went above and beyond to show that Dreams could offer great customer service!
