Dreams - Cardiff Newport Road

I went to Dreams with my husband and daughter - initially just to have a look around to see what beds were available. One of the members of staff approached us and asked if we were ok or needed any help and we advised we were just looking. She didn’t push or follow us around and just left us to it. When she could see we were interested in one bed in particular she provided us with a lot of information about the bed and provided us with a swatch of the colour we were interested in. Upon agreeing that actually we’d go ahead and purchase the bed. Dee went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we needed. Even entertaining our daughter whilst we discussed our purchase. unfortunately, the bed we wanted was not available but Dee recommended another which was similar. Overall, we were in the shop for about an hour, trying out the mattresses which were recommended for us.

The sales person DEE was so helpful and seemed to now what we needed. She was willing to spend as much time explaining things with us nothing was to much trouble. My husband said the coffee was good to.

Quality of service from staff. Gave us information about the different types of bed (very knowledgeable). Never tried to pressure us into a sale. Left us to make our own decision but was also close enough to us if we required and questions answer. This made us feel at easy and not rushed in to buying our product.

Pam was quick efficient and knew her stuff. Didn't try to push anything else on us as understood our needs. She was very friendly and made us feel comfortable.

Michael the sales assistant was so helpful, no pressure just really really helpful. I didn't know what kind of mattress I needed but he sorted that out in no time. I can't remember when I had such good service, thanks Michael

From the time we went in to the time we left we were very well looked after . By a lovely ladie called ANDREA she didnt once Pressure us in to anything she looks after us from start till finish I will definitely be passing the word around .

Our assistant Dee gave us good advice on which products were suitable for us and explained in good detail the differences in the mattresses we were looking at. Dee was very helpful and never rushed us, gave us the necessary time to try different mattresses so we felt comfortable in making our decision.

Andrea in the Newport Rd, Csrdiff store, helped us and went through all of the different options. She allowed us time alone to try out products and was there to help and advise when we needed it. After we got home we realised the bed we had ordered was too big and went back to the store. Again Andrea was extremely helpful, as was the store manager and our problem was resolved immediately.

The store manager Paul and the assistant Dee were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful to us. The variety of beds in store was amazing. We were delighted with our purchase and the experience at the store.
