Very helpful service. Manager gave us a great deal of information and guided us through the product range to the most suitable solution.

The customer service received by Pam in the Cardiff store was second to none she went above and beyond her role helping us find the best mattress but more than that she looked after our 2 yro while we did the sleep test and trying out the beds nothing was to much trouble she treated her as if it were her own supplying a welsh cake and some colouring for her too, two year olds are a handful at the best of times but with her help it was possible for us to make the right decision in the purchase and not have to rush due to a screaming child, the whole experience was so easy and we are now finally getting a quality rested nights sleep on our new Tempur mattress and pillows... unless there’s a screaming 2yro!

As soon as we entered Pam was quick to join us in looking for what we needed. She was very open and friendly. You could see she was passionate about looking for he right products with us. She wanted to understand or needs, asked us what our jobs were and took an interest in knowing any physical health problems we had. She showed us a range of beds and even showed us some pillows as she said she experienced the same neck issues. She showed us beds from all ends of the price range and was honest about which ones she would recommend. She definitely didn’t push us to go for the most expensive one. Our experience was very friendly and swift. She gave us information really quickly and was happy for us to try out the beds multiple times.
