Chris and Adam the delivery drivers were lovely, they were polite and friendly. I liked that they took the matttress to the correct room, placed it on the bed and unwrapped it. Nice to see people going the extra mile. Thank you!

Hello, I was highly satisfied with dreams customer service by Lee. The reasons being is that i did not feel pressured into making a decision and he took an interest in my hopes in having a new mattress and guided us to what might be suitable. I also feel the 40 night guarantee is amazing service, thank you dreams. Due to the corona virus Lee kept his distance and stuck to policy, ie not offering us a cup of coffee which we appreciated.
