We were greeted on entering the store and Rhys assisted us to view the products we were interested in. He was friendly and helpful and gave excellent service.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by Andrea who was very friendly. She kindly showed me the sanitising gel which I thought was a very good start. Andrea advised me how important it was to choose the correct mattress and bed and invited me to watch a video whilst laying on a bed which analysed my body and offering me a bottle of water which I gladly accepted. I soon found out that its thirsty work choosing a bed!! After trying quite a few mattresses whilst Andrea was with me I eventually choose one and also a divan base. Andrea was so patient with me and I wasn't rushed at all giving me time to think about what I was purchasing. The advice was excellent and she answered all my questions in great detail. She was also very supportive in giving me options to pay. Again sanitising gel was offered at her admin desk and I felt safe as there was a protective screen and of course I was wearing a mask. I was given a delivery date straight away and that if the room wasn't ready to phone and let them know and the order would be held back. I will certainly recommend Dreams to anyone I know looking for a bed and excellent service. A calm shopping experience. Thank you.
