The assistant was very friendly and approachable. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us as many options as possible to fit our spec.

Rhys was amazing his knowledge customer care was impeccable. He spent time and listened and really understood my needs made me feel like it was an individual experience and I felt that he cared about advising me as an individual not just trying to make a sale. I felt very well looked after and feel happy and excited about my new bed and mattress. Thank you so much Rhys and thank you dreams.

Chase was excellent he had fantastic product knowledge was friendly and courteous with my family. He offered us water which my kids enjoyed.

Friendly knowledgeable staff

The salesperson (Rhys) was very helpful and kind. He made the experience of choosing our mattress enjoyable. Rhys also called us to advise us when the mattress would be delivered as there was some trouble with the computer system on the day we purchased the mattress.

Pamela Joyce was an excellent member of staff who helped us find exactly what we needed; found the best price for us and organised for the finance agreement to be completed over the phone the following day when it was taking too long to make a decision about our credit.

We were served by a lovely lady called Andria. She made my experience memorable and extremely easy. We were greeted by her straight away where she then proceeded to ask questions regarding the type of product i was looking for to then find the perfect bed for me! She was brilliant.
