All staff members were particularly friendly and helpful. The store manager was very nice and had particular help from Charlotte. The choice was good and having the interest free payment option meant we purchase pillows and duvet too.

Saw product advertised on line. Went to store, viewed and purchased all within 3/4 hour. Very pleased. No hassle.

Visited the store just after Christmas & spoke to Karl who was very professional & advised us of all the beds that was suitable to us after having a go of the bed match. We couldn't decide so then came back in January and spoke with Tom who was also extremely knowledgeable and professional and after we asked about 100 questions and of which he answered. We made a purchase which was also very professional and was a pleasure to buy our mattress with Dreams at Burton.

Highly Satisfied with the service I got from Leanne. She was so experienced in her job explaining in detail about the products I was interested in. Well done to Leanne and Dreams.

Lots of items to veiw and test . Staff were freindly and helpfull without being pushy. Nice clean and tidy store that was well set out. lots of choice at all price points.

We were not approached by staff until we were ready to chat. He made us a hot drink and didn't pressure us in any way. We entered Creams 40 minutes before closing, but still no pressure and he stayed late to complete our order.

Assistant was helpful but not pushy or over the top. Ideal.
