The customer service assistant took time to show us a number of options available but also allowed us to discuss our options in private.

Amazing costumer service. Quick and easy helped me out with other related issues such as finance. Lastly was really kind understanding and quick to answer questions. Also the kind off of drinks ! So kind !

We were looked after by James who couldn`t have done more to help and explain things to us .I was encouraged to try any mattress I was interested in and shown all the bases I wanted with no rush and with his undivided attention. It is an extra help to have my old bed taken away, which was one reason why I went to Dreams

Went on the sleep machine to see which sort of mattress suited myself and my wife as we both suffer with different ailments and tge first one we were recommended felt great. Let’s hope it is when we get it home

From the moment we arrived in store we were greeted with a warm friendly hello. Karl was extremely helpful and patient with meeting our needs. He fully explained all options available and had an excellent knowledge of the products he was selling. He wasn’t too pushy and gave us some space to contemplate our purchase.

Very polite friendly approachable helpful knew what they where talking about. The store manager also assisted her assistant which was nice to see when he wasn’t sure what he was doing. Team work . Just what l like to see . All in all a pleasant experience.
