Products are quite expensive

I believe there is always room for improvements. I would have liked a little more colour variants on some of the beds I was looking at and maybe a larger amount of mattresses to choose from. But overall I was happy with my experience and would return.

We weren't quite expecting to make such a huge purchase on that visit, and so were a little unsure of ourselves with all the offers being made. The assistant seemed convincing though, and I'm sure we will thank her when the bed arrives and we have chance to settle in! Credit to her on her sales technique, and staying behind late to sort us out - very grateful.

Not received items yet so can't say Highly Satisfied

The mattress we wanted was available to view and then the mattresses seemed very expensive- nearly as expensive as the bed itself. Also the delivery date is over 2 weeks ago

I feel there were not a huge amount of ‘bargains’ in store- our bed had broken quite suddenly so we hadn’t planned on a big outlay. But nevertheless I do feel we are buying something of better quality than I could get for example from Argos. Your staff were very pleasant.

Overall I am satisfied with the service received and have purchased a product that I wanted. However, I visited the store as I prefer to look at things physically not just on pictures but the store is quite small and doesn't stock children's / bunk beds. The sales assistant was very good and helpful and looking on the big screen in store was marginally better than internet shopping at home but I would still rather take a tangible look at any large purchase. For this reason I won't be comfortable with my purchase until delivered and I've had a chance to check the quality.

Felt a little over pestered by shop assistants. Not given enough free time to just browse. Yes they were very helpful and informative and cannot fault them with everything else.
