I felt that the shop assistants were overly attentive on arrival, before we had had a chance to look around, although for some people this would have been ok so not necessarily a bad thing

We have purchased before from Dreams and still have the Mattress some years on and it is still in great condition, we returned as we had a great experience previously, the young lady serving us was new in the job, however was very polite and helpful, she needed assistance when ordering the new mattress which was fine as we know everybody has to learn so it wasn't an issue but not Highly Satisfied as im sure you will appreciate

I’m never highly satisfied

The overall service is good however I think that pricing for beds these days is on the high side, also the costs for taking away the old bed is quite high and I think perhaps this should be free in with the deal.

Had to travel to visit item I wanted.

The choice whilst extensive was confusing by nature of choice and differing finishes'

All staff very helpful and courteous but store was busy, hence a wait.
