We were greeted by Liam straight away and he wasn’t pushy. Helped us to look exactly for what we wanted and showed us a range of matresses that would suit our needs. He helped us with the bedroom measurements and was so helpful during the purchase of our new bed and mattress Would highly recommend the Burnley, Lancashire store to my friends and family

Chloe did everything she could to ensure we got the most appropriate mattress for our needs. She was being trained by The Manager of Burnley Store. Who allowed her to manage the sale but was on hand to assist in a supportive and constructive way. Outstanding service from both members of staff t hank you

Small range to choose from.

Everything seemed to go well on my visit but I am not prepared to say "Highly Satisfied" until my order has been delivered and set up in my house.

having received my confirmation order by email after \I had left the store did I realized I was charged for mattress cover twice Bed Cover Primary Item £65.00 and Bed Cover Additional Item £55 total of £115 of which I was not given a choice to purchase!

The store in Burnley seems 'cramped' with the amount of stock within therefore it also makes the store look a little 'shoddy', although servicable for what I had already decided I wanted prior to going to the store. The biggest 'shock' was the quoted delivery time of January 25th, which made it over four wekks to receive the ordered matress.... NOT TOO GOOD.! On the plus side..... The staff, especially the lady called Dawn, were more than helpful and very friendly indeed.

The order is in the name of Gill not Hill .We did not have ourbglassescwith us and when got home checked email. Rang back but no return message
