Dreams - Burnley

The sales assistance were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all our questions and recommended the best mattress for us. We slept in it fir the 1st time last night and it was the most comfortable mattress I've had.

We were made very welcome by the sales assistant and offered refreshments. We also were analysed on a bed that measures our body make up. We were more than happy with our experience and will come back in the future; we will also recommend Dreams to our family and friends about our positive experience. The sales team went the extra mile to ensure our experience was a great one. I definitely highly recommend this store.

The employee was super helpful, always carried pillow covers across when we wanted to try a bed/ mattress. She listened to what we wanted and showed us the options.

I am a retuning customer and the gentleman I dealt with before was still there and once again he was so helpful. I bought from the Burnley store and returned back to Burnley store, even though I needed the bed for a new house in Letchworth because of the helpfulness of this man.
