Staff were extremely helpful and showed all options that met our needs with no pressure in making a choice. I would highly recommend this store to friends and family.

First of all the colleague who helped me was very knowledgeable about all of the products. I explained why we needed two Divan beds and she helped me make the correct decision. She was very approachable and kind and although I had not been in Dreams before, I will certainly be going back.

We initially looked on line at mattresses. My partner was adamant that we tried different mattresses in a store. I used a search engine and dreams was at the top. Initially we were going too look around different stores. So on arrival the advisor asked if we needed any help. We said we are just looking.Initially we just had a look and tried a couple of bed. The advisor suggested that we use the sleep machine to see what mattress would be best suited, to aid in selection. The machine to determined that a medium/firm mattress would be best. The Advisor suggested a few to try. We found the one! I I looked online too see that we were getting the best price, as we decided we would shop around. The Advisor included my son and was very kind as he is notkeen on shopping. The Advisor said she would look at deals. Well we brought the mattress and arranged a delivery to suit us. She advised the delivery would go straight to our bedroom and they would take care of everything! We also brought two pillows to take home. So now we are just waiting to receive our mattress!
