We visited Cribbs Causeway with just the intention of browsing for an idea. We were greeted by Joe who gave us all the correct PPE and listened to what we were looking for. After explaining a couple of back pains I had, he talked us through the mattress recommended by the 'Sleep Machine'. His knowledge was second to none and could tell he was very passionate about his job. We expected to spend more money on a mattress and bed, so the price wasn't really an issue as comfort is key. Joe helped with pillows and recommended a bed frame. We explained we were in the process of buying a new house and weren't sure of a date yet - like everything during our visit, this was not a problem. This was the first time shopping for both myself and my husband, so were understandably concerned regarding social distancing and any risks. We both felt the store did an amazing job controlling this and we couldn't have felt any safer. Would definitely return to Dream Cribbs Causeway!
