Friendly staff, quick turn around time to process order and short delivery time

The staff member, Joseph, in Cribbs Causeway store was really helpful, knowledgeable and a great sale person. We couldn't decide between a dreams mattress or a Loaf one, the dreams one was £300 more money however as we received no customer service at all in Loaf we went back to see Joseph and purchase the Dreams mattress as he made the experience so pleasurable. and deserved the sale. He is a credit to the company.

Staff friendly and very informative and did not pressure to much in the sale that can be off putting. Quick transaction which was well explained. Store layout made browsing easy.

The choice at the cribbs causeway store was brilliant. It was clean and had very clear displays. Friendly team greeted us and we never felt pressured.

Highly satisfied because me and my partner were greeted on arrival at the Bristol Cribs store by Joseph and he was extremely helpful and understood our needs exactly, also his product knowledge was impressive! Definitely use in the future!

I received the best customer service I have received in an extremely long time. Joseph took time to understand my requirements and went through every option available. Even though another set of customers came in and he was on his own he still remained extremely efficient and helpful and worked between both sets of customers

Friendly and helpful staff

I was fortunate to go to the store at a quiet time so had personal service from the young man who served me - Joseph. He asked if I had any problems and put me on a machine to decide which beds would be best for me, then took me around the store letting me try the recommended ones. He then left me to wander alone with no pressure. Once decided, the paperwork was done quickly and easily and a delivery date of the following Tuesday was agreed. I was kept informed regularly and the mattress turned up at the agreed time. The two young men who delivered were polite, helpful and everything was done in less than 10 minutes.
