Staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products. The Covid safety measures were explained to us in detail. We were impressed with the delivery lead times also.

Friendly and approachable staff. Staff talked though the sleep analysis mattress and how it can help find the best mattress for my partner and myself. Staff showed us a variety of mattresses and helped us find the right one for us. Staff weren't pushey and we felt like it was our decision. Staff happy to find the right delivery date for us. PPE was used throughout following government guidelines and we were offered a complimentary bottle of water.
